Choose pickup at checkout and pay nothing extra — after the order we email you to set a time and place that works. Puerto Rico only, for obvious geographic reasons.
One rate, added at checkout — that's what it actually costs us to get a package to you. Pickup is always free.
Every piece is printed after you order it, so we confirm timing with you per order instead of promising a number we might miss. You will always know where your order stands.
Because every piece is personalized and made to order — your name, your colors — we can't take returns or exchanges. It was made for you, literally.
Defective, damaged, or not what you ordered? That one is on us. Email a photo to shop3sd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it and we'll replace it or refund you — your pick.
