Ordering from 3sD Studio means agreeing to these six things. They are short on purpose.
Your piece is printed in Puerto Rico after you order it — nothing sits on a shelf. That means timing is confirmed with you per order, not promised by a countdown.
Pay with ATH Móvil and we confirm your payment before anything goes to the printer. Until we confirm, nothing is being made — so a typo'd total never becomes a typo'd keychain.
Everything is priced in US dollars. The total at checkout — items, pickup or shipping, any discount code — is the whole price; there are no surprise fees later.
Personalized, made-to-order pieces are final sale. The exception is a defect or a wrong item — that's our mistake and we make it right, exactly as the shipping & returns page says.
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, where the studio, the printer, and every piece are. Any disagreement gets sorted there — ideally over email first.
